Located in tranquil Winterton-on-Sea on Norfolks east coast, with a local pub, fish and chip shop, cafe and convenience store, but also a stones throw from The Norfolk Broads. For children the amusements and fair of Hemsby is a walk along the dune valley or a 5 minute drive or theres Great Yarmouth with its new Marina Centre leisure complex, Sea Life aquarium and everything a young heart could want from a vibrant Seaside town

Access to The Beach House is at the end of a very long private drive, with just 4 houses, so there is no through traffic to trouble you. We provide directions in our arrival letter.
There you will find our stylish, single storey bungalow, perfect for 4 people and 2 dogs, 3 if they are small dogs. The house features a king size bedroom, a twin, luxury bathroom with a large separate shower and a deep bath to soak in whilst watching TV (yes in the bathroom). In an external heated building “The Wash Hut” you will find a utility room, large area to dry any wet clothing and a shower to wash those sandy toes. The house is fully central heated and the bathroom has the added luxury of underfloor heating.
The main open plan living area features a modern log burner, electric blinds, and large dual aspect bifold doors to enjoy that first cuppa whilst watching the sun rise over the ocean and watching the resident wildlife on the valley dunes.
Outside with those all important views of the sea there are sun loungers and a dinning seating area. And to the front of the house is a gated drive with room for 2 cars.
Both front and back gardens are fully secure for the safety of your 4-legged friends.
Kitchen Area
We are proud to offer a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. “It’s better equipped than my own kitchen at home” one guest remarked. Along with integrated fridge / freezer, oven, hob, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine you will also find useful items such as a blender, sandwich maker, pizza trays and a whole host of other kitchen items.
Lounge & Dining Area
Luxury leather sofas with comfy cushions and blankets, a flat screen TV with Freeview and a dvd player. Bose sound system and an Alexa echo dot are provided for your entertainment as well as a well equipped games cupboard, a supply of books and local maps and reading lights. The 4 seater dining table looks out over the garden to the sea view and a modern stylish log burner is snuggled in the corner.
Bathroom
This is a touch of luxury we all need on holiday. Double round ended freestanding bath with a TV set into the wall should you want to relax and watch at the same time. A large separate shower cubicle with overhead drench shower head and separate hand held shower, a wall hung toilet and basin, mirror with light and shower socket (hidden underneath the mirror) and built in tooth brush chargers. Large fluffy bath sheets, hand and face towels are also provided.
Bedrooms
One Kingsize bedroom and one twin with hypoallergenic bedding, a choice of soft and firm pillows all wrapped up in luxury John Lewis bedding. Large sets of drawers and some hanging hooks for your clothes are also provided along with blackout blinds. Both bedrooms also have whisper quiet remote controlled ceiling fans for those hot summer evenings.
In winter we provide warmer quilts and the added luxury of heated blankets. Not that you need them as the house is centrally heated but we personally love our heated blanket so thought you might too.
The Wash Hut (external building)
The Wash Hut is heated and provides a perfect place to dry wet clothes and comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer and sink.
The shower room has an electric shower and heated towel rail, perfect if you wish to shower off after a day at the beach. In this room we also keep beach deck chairs and picnic bags for your enjoyment an iron, ironing board can also be found in this room. You will also find a selection of beach towels and doggy towels here.
Outside
To property is accessed through two 6ft high gates and a driveway for two cars.
The the rear is where it matters. Facing the sea in an elevated position you get a truly amazing 180 degree view. The rattan garden patio set is comfortable for hanging out and eating at. We provide large umbrella, sun loungers and a Fat Boy hammock, bbq (charcoal) and a fire pit.
There is also a temperature controlled doggy shower (which is great for sandy toes too) and we provide hypoallergenic doggy shampoo and doggy towels
There down a set of steps you’ll find the gate to the valley, dunes and beach.
The house is surrounded by 6 foot fencing (which does not obstruct that all important view) which I defy any bouncy dog to escape from.
