We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House - it was a cosy place to be while Storm Darragh raged outside. When the weather calmed down, we enjoyed walking on nearby beaches (we were avoiding the one you could access from the garden as there were seals on the beach) and exploring the Broads. The Beach House is very comfortable and the team looking after it are very helpful indeed. The local pub is excellent and overall it is a great location

This property was everything you could possibly want. I spent Christmas there with my two dogs. Out of the back gate and straight into the valley for excellent dog walking. The seals were all over the beach and were fascinating.The accommodation did not feel like a rental. It felt immediately like home from home. Beds were comfy, it was tastefully decorated and the bath and shower fabulous. This was the best rental I have had so far!

The cottage is spotlessly clean, well equipped, and cosy on a December evening. The location is also far enough away to be peaceful and close enough for shops and places to eat. I would recommend the Fisherman’s Return in nearby Winterton for dinner. We were able to walk out on to the beach to see the seals and their pups, which was a real privilege and joy.

Perfect location and fantastic view. We loved the proximity and ease of access to the beach. The dogs loved the garden, which because it was so enclosed, was perfect for them. We did find the bedrooms a little tight and would have liked a second loo, especially as the description states 2 bathrooms. However, because the location was so perfect, we would not hesitate to recommend the property and will hopefully return ourselves.

Wow! what a wonderful holiday at the Beach House. Lovely house with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Stunning location, the gate at the bottom of the garden to enter the dunes and beach was fantastic. Didn't venture out for meals as easier for us to stay in having the dog, but fully equipped kitchen made meals super easy. Very quiet spot perfect for a relaxing getaway. Already counting down the days until we go back next year! Thanks beach house and team for a great week
